14-day money-back guarantee
If Relisto doesn’t work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your order email, and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made by Creem, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
What happens to the licence
A refunded licence is deactivated. Your local backups stay on your computer.
After 14 days
After 14 days, purchases are final, except where the law gives you more rights.
